Bridgend Automobile Club supports the Wales Air Ambulance charity
Wales Air Ambulance is the national air ambulance charity for Wales, providing emergency air cover for those who face life-threatening illness or injuries, they rely entirely on donations to raise £6 million each year to operate the three helicopters in the mid, north and south of the country.
We will be looking at other ways to raise money for this worthwhile cause and urge all members to support us in our efforts – all contributions gratefully accepted !!

At the BAC Awards night held on 28 February 2015 a cheque for £800 was presented to Wales Air Ambulance volunteer Terry Frayne.
The money was raised from fundraising activities including driving skills autotests throughout 2014. The amount raised by Bridgend Automobile Club will help the charity greatly in continuing to attend lifesaving missions across Wales, which costs them over £6 million per year.
Remember WAA rely entirely on donations to fund the cost of their three helicopters so we are grateful to all BAC members who have contributed in the past and continue to do so at BAC events.
